The Patrol Leaders Conference includes the Senior Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leaders, Troop Guides, and all Patrol Leaders in the troop. This group meets once a month in a Patrol Leaders Conference (PLC) to decide on the future of the troop; including policy changes, future campouts, future activities, future merit badges, and more. The Senior Patrol Leader leads this meeting with help from their Assistant Senior Patrol Leaders.
Every six months, our leadership changes. A Senior Patrol Leader will be voted on by all scouts, and that Senior Patrol Leader will then appoint all other troop positions by reviewing applications. Once this is done, new troop leadership is announced at the following Court of Honor.Â
For patrol leadership, all four patrol positions are voted on by the patrol members. Whoever wins the election for each position will immediately take over that role.
