The Senior Troop Leadership make up the highest youth leadership positions in our troop. They are in charge of planning and executing ideas and visions set by the SPL and the PLC, and overseeing the operations of their specific parts of the troop.
The Senior Patrol Leader is the top youth position in our troop. They oversee all functions of the troop (that aren't reserved for adult leaders). They lead the Senior Leadership Team and the Patrol Leader Conference in creating a vision and plan for the troop during their term.
The ASPL of Administration is the second-in-command youth leader of the troop. They assist the SPL in running the troop day-to-day, and helps executes the SPL and PLC's plans. They oversee all other troop positions, and helps the different parts of the troop operate effectively.
The ASPL of Program oversees all troop patrols and their leadership. They make sure all of the patrols are operating well. They are also in charge of troop program and the execution of program plans, created by the SPL and PLC.
The ASPL of Quartermasters oversees all Quartermasters and troop equipment. During troop meetings and smaller activities, they are in charge of leading Quartermasters in keeping track of and regulating all troop inventory (in the trailer and shed). During events such as campouts, they lead Quartermasters in managing troop gear, patrol gear, and the loading and unloading of personal gear in the trailer.
The ASPL of Troop Guides is the youth leader of the Shark Program. They work with the adult leader of the Shark Program to make sure Troop Guides are working effectively, the Shark Patrol and its leadership are operating well, and that members of the Shark Patrol feel welcomed to the troop and informed to ensure their future success in the troop.
